Seeing how catabolic you can be while on cycle? Running 500mg a week, aromasin EOD, currently starting week 7. Reason I'm asking is I've definitely put on some fat around the waste I'm only doing cardio twice a week sometimes even once bout 45 min a session. I want to up my cardio to maybe 4 days a week kinda tighten things up a bit and prolly holding water just my weight gain has been crazy.. started at 200lbs and now I'm at 215 216 beginning of week 7. Again just seeing if I will be ok upping my cardio up and not going catabolic.
