What are the fundamental or basic supplements for some lean size? I have not reached that level so I can use ZMA, L-Cartinine, CLA and other supplements. What other basics are there like BCAA or glutamine that I should compulsorily have??

I always notice a big improvement with Creatine and Glutamine post workout! Don't let yourself get ropped into all the fancys ones though. They say if you eat a lot of beef creatine isn't really nessecarry but I always notice a big improvement.

Rather than concentrating on supplements, the big thing you need to focus on is having the proper diet. That's really 90% of it to be honest. Supplements in general are goi got make very little difference at all.

I certainly don't see any of them as required by any means

the top 5 i think most people use are
1. creatine
2. whey protein
3. glutamine
4. BCAA's
5. pre workout

none are really a necessity at all, but they can only aid to proper nutrition and training, like rick said , nothing is required but a work ethic and discipline

I almost get 100 grams of protein per day. And to get more than that, it's quite hard. But I guess creatine is cheaper and maybe give some good results. Isn't it?

Loom at Rick rocks sticky note on diet and nutrition basics u should consider no less that a gram pee pound of body weight moat shoot for 1 n half to 2 grams protein for pound of body mass

Not sure of your personal profile but I can tell you for sure you need to eat a lot more than that to grow. Your post workout shake should be at least 30-40grams by itself. Add in 4-5 meals daily of lean quality meats and veggies and fruits and now you have a recipe to grow. They say 1gram of protein per lb of lean body mass but you can adjust that higher or lower depending on your body fat percentage and body type. I'm a fast gainer weighing 200lbs so I keep my protein at around 250, my carbs at 100 and fats at 30-50 but I'm trying to lean out.

That is not much protein per day bud. I suggest investing in some whey protein to supplement it with if you are having trouble meeting your numbers.

I suggest checking out this thread for diet help

brother, seriously, its not hard AT ALL to get 100 grams of protein... fuck sake, only 4 oz. of chicken has 26-30 grams alone... thats NOTHING... 4 oz. of chicken is a JOKE... if you cant figure out how to easily get 100 grams of protein then you have SERIOUS diet issues going on.. i can EASILY get 300 grams a day without even thinking about it... i mean EASY and I dont even eat that much.. 8 oz. of chicken alone is nearly 60 and thats a small meal... just ONE protein shake and your already at 80-85... thats NOTHING for food either... one can of tuna or a greek yogurt serving and your already at 100... if you can't even get there then i have no idea what to tell you... you have a lot of learning to do moving forward but that's what the forum is for... you should set up a separate thread and provide your daily diet so we can fix it... you cant depend on supplements for this... this is on you to figure out with diet and we can help
