First and foremost you'll need to get that diet under control and be a lot more strict with it. That is going to be paramount to your success, as diet accounts for 90% of results.
Get yourself a calorie tracker app like myfitnesspal and track and weigh everything. Work on getting a good sensible macro ratio.msomething like 45% protein, 40% carbs, and 15% fats
Just out of curiousity. You dont think since she is endomorph and overweight she shouldnt be lower on the carbs for her macros. Women function much better and lose more on higher fats. Well good fats. Like is she went 45% protein 30% carbs 25% fats.
Especially beig over weight. Maybe even 50% - 20% - 30%.

It's possible, but it really depends on the individual. I was just throwing out some beginning guidelines to follow, which obviously could be tweaked and altered depending her specific individual needs and response to carbs and fats.
I personally prefer moderate carbs and lower fats, and generally recommend that to most of my clients. For the most part people do respond favorably to that, but there are exceptions at times
