Advise on starting a cycle of anavar for a female

First and foremost you'll need to get that diet under control and be a lot more strict with it. That is going to be paramount to your success, as diet accounts for 90% of results.

Get yourself a calorie tracker app like myfitnesspal and track and weigh everything. Work on getting a good sensible macro ratio.msomething like 45% protein, 40% carbs, and 15% fats

I agree here. I will quote the great Yogi Berra. This is 90% diet and the other half is exercise. You get your diet right and under all of that weight you might that you like everything you see. Once there we can decide what is best and healthiest for you.

Just out of curiousity. You dont think since she is endomorph and overweight she shouldnt be lower on the carbs for her macros. Women function much better and lose more on higher fats. Well good fats. Like is she went 45% protein 30% carbs 25% fats.

Especially beig over weight. Maybe even 50% - 20% - 30%.

It's possible, but it really depends on the individual. I was just throwing out some beginning guidelines to follow, which obviously could be tweaked and altered depending her specific individual needs and response to carbs and fats.

I personally prefer moderate carbs and lower fats, and generally recommend that to most of my clients. For the most part people do respond favorably to that, but there are exceptions at times

For sure. I ony ask because endomorphs should avoid carbs. They instantly convert that to stored fat. So thats why i said low carbs.

Overall we know that it is calories, but in women maybe the glycemic index is more important. It seems that simple sugars are real killers. Most overweight women love breads, cokes, candy and deserts. Maybe just a paleo type diet

Hi there so I am new to this I have been working out for 10yrs. Spinning instructor for 7yrs and want to take my training to the next level...I'm 40yrs old female, 150lbs,5 4" and 50% BF:( what do you recommend I start with to lean out and where do I buy good quality Anavar? plzzzzz help!

are you sure you are 50% bodyfat? If so I suggest starting with your Diet, not AAS, AAS at 50% BF is a no go. Post up your Diet for critique on here if you can please and we can help you get on track.

So I checked my BF% at the gym today and its at 32.8%... I was 17.2% off sorry about that I went with 50% because that's how I see my body nothing but fat:(

That BF sounds more like it! If you are going to be serious and stay with this then go ahead and try 1500 cals. Not 1500 plus tastes here, nibbles here some dessert over there.1500 total for the day. Leave sugar, bread ,crackers,-even potatos and rice. If you leave these out then 1500 cals will be enough food so that you are not starving. Typical for you- Breakfast 1/2 cup whole oats. Not the stuff in packets or the 1 minute stuff. Quaker old fashion oats. It only takes 3 mins in the microwave. You can add splenda or sugar free zero calorie pancake syrup. Wal mart makes a good one. Add 1 scoop of whey powder, 5 raisins,3 walnuts. Drink coffe or tea plain or with spenda. Two hours latter have 4 walnuts and 4 rasins. Lunch chop 3 hard boiled eggs with 1/2 advocato, and some green pepper. Add some salsa. Eat 1 whole pack of frozen spincah or brocoli. Dinner-large baked chicken breast, whole pack of brocoli. Nightime snack-2 metamucil cookies. Drink at least a quart and a half of water every day. After each meal consume a large volume of liquid. You can try an ECA stack every morning. For now use salt and pepper and you can try the various popcorn seasonings. They make butter flavor, ranch, jalapeno, baccon cheedar etc. Do your spin class 3 times per week and twice per week do the treadmill. Put the treadmill on a speed of about 2.5 and incline it at 7. Go for 1/2 hour. Then grab some dumbells and do one set of 10 reps of curls, same with bent rows, and do 1 set of 15 squats using about 20lbs. Same for dead lifts.
This is about a typical day for you. Of course it is not set in stone. Don't come back here posting that you kind of are trying. Everyone here walks the walk. It is not easy...it is hard. If it were easy we would ALL being looking like models. Is this worth working for? If so then get started. You have our support ok? Post as often as you need to.

Well i wouldnt recomend any cal number until you know your bmr. Which can google bmr calculator and it will tell you.

You can start at 1500 and see how that treats you, and always adjust as needed. The recommended rate of fat loss is about 1-2 lbs per week, so adjust your calories accordingly to stay within that range
