are you sure you are 50% bodyfat? If so I suggest starting with your Diet, not AAS, AAS at 50% BF is a no go. Post up your Diet for critique on here if you can please and we can help you get on track.

I think anavar could be a great option for you later down the road. At this stage, I would highly recommend going with a sarms stack. Sarms are extremely safe for females with no real side effects or virilization to worry about. They are perfect for building lean muscle mass and strength while dropping bodyfat and improving endurance. I would recommend starting with the sarms triple stack. You can get all the articles and information on these sarms and purchase them from www.pureessencesarms.com

I also recommend checking out Dylan's YouTube channel for sarms videos

Here is the protocol

1-12 MK-2866 12.5mg ED
1-12 S4 25mg ED
1-12 GW 20mg ED

I try to have a strict diet but with work and all its kinda hard for me( I know that's just an excuse:( I have never been really slim even when I was young it was hard for me to lose weight. I have an Endomorphs body naturally heavy and has an easy time gaining weight ( more so fat than Muscle) and a hard time losing it.... I do my meal prep on Sunday Chicken, Talapia, turkey, brown rice and lots of veggies. I try to keep my calories intake between 1300 to 1500.. what do you recommend?

Ok wait am i the only one seeing the holes here? 5'4" and 150# and you are 50% bf? Where did you get that number? Thats not even possible. Your bones and organs weigh more than 75# and thats half your body weight u claim. Something isnt adding up here.

I don't think she has her bodyfat right. I highly doubt that it is that high. I'm judging things mostly from height and weight.

I don't recommend doing less weights, but adding in more cardio can definitely be beneficial. As for your food choices and caloric level, it looks decent, but my question is how your macros come out as far as how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats into those 1300-1500 calories. Your macros may need adjusted as well

Ya that weight isnt even that off. 5'4" 135-140 is right in the ballpark. My gf is 150# granted she was bulking but still. If she is severly iverweight like claiming she has to be more like 170-180

you are not eating 1300 cals and spining and working out and staying that heavy. You are fooling yourself but not fooling me. I have trained too many female sprnters and mid distance runners. I know the wt/ht ratio for them and I know what they eat. You wanna start this all over?

Hi there thank you for responding back to me. As for my Body fat% that is my conclusion on it I've never had my body fat measured but I feel like it's at 50%. I will be making an appointment to do a Hydrostatic body fat testing. I will come back and post my exact BF%. I have struggled with my weight all my life it's so frustrating to gain weight so easy :.(

you feel like its at 50%? Lol...yes just tell us what the Testing says, because 50% is most likely way off..

Get bloodwork done for T3 T4 and TSH - and make damn sure you aren't sneaking calories somewhere.. it's not difficult to mis judge caloric intake unless you are broiling/microwaving weighing absolutely *everything* :) This is just one of the reasons I've always preferred super simple (ie boring lol) diets

I'm sorry I wasn't trying to fool anybody if you read the first line on my post I said " I try to keep a strict diet but with work and all its kinda hard for me" which mean I also eat bad. I am nowhere near a professional when it comes to fitness, but I admire all the bodybuilders and fitness professionals. This is why I put my post up so I could get good advise from the people that really know there stuff. I didn't mean to mislead anybody.

It might help if you post up *exactly* what you're eating and how the food is prepared.. there may be an obvious hole in your diet.

What do you eat on a typical day? Everything counts, all the way down to the cream in your coffee :)

Well I just had a physical about 4months ago and everything came out normal ( Thank God:) and you are absolutely correct on misjudging my meals. I don't do my diet to the T. Like I said on my first post " I try to keep a strict diet (trrryyyyy) is the keyword" :)lol and I totally understand on the super simple and boring meals :(

Ah, cool :)

Dieting (something I prefer to call 'lifestyle eating' to make it easier to deal with lol) is different for everybody, and may seem incredibly daunting and unappealing at first. My breakfast for the past 12 months has been 6 boiled eggs with a tablespoon of omega 3 oil (yuck, right? lol)

The thing is, I now no longer crave junk food - ever.

The body adjusts via a multitude of enzymatic processes (most of which are well beyond my understanding) and gets better at utilizing whatever you feed it over time.. you need to be consistent though.

I would recommend giving the anavar a miss for the time being. You might just have a lot of potential to unleash if you can first get your diet and training on point.
