advice for broken bone recovery?

Bros......small accident and I've fractured my foot. The doc says i'm probably going to be out of commission with an air cast for about 6 weeks.

I'm determined not to lose my gains, so seeking some bro advice.

-any nutritional changes or supplements that I should take into account for the healing? do i need any more calories above my basal rate? I've been cutting for a while.
-any tips for working out without the use of one foot?
-would a gym even let me walk in the door with a cast and crutches?

I'm usually in the gym about 5+ days a week so this is a major bummer for me.
 
Find out what your current bmr is now. Eat that amount of calories w clean food and use a trt level dose and heal up. If u can go to gym do dumbbells for things like skull crushers curls and chest. And do maintenance workputs to keep what u have then go back at it once cleared.

Damn that kinda sucks bro. I've been there before, and you just have to try and work around the injury. Don't concentrate on what you can't do, just focus on what you can.

you will definitely be allowed in the gym but you must be very careful... don't put any sort of pressure on your foot or your only going to delay your recovery... you should honestly be in a wheel chair and you can do seated dumbbell or machine lifts, anything that allows you to lift without pressure... you can really help enhance the healing process with a 12 week healing stack and i would also incorporate gw to help with weight management through your injury as well as enhancing endurance which you will absolutely to hel with muscular endurance and pushing through workouts easier with an injury... here is how to run it...

I have broken both feet and my right foot broken in two places. The best advice I can give you is use it. Walk on it, hobble, whatever it takes but do it and then back off when you gotta. It's a suffering but just keep using that bitch.
