Bros......small accident and I've fractured my foot. The doc says i'm probably going to be out of commission with an air cast for about 6 weeks.
I'm determined not to lose my gains, so seeking some bro advice.
-any nutritional changes or supplements that I should take into account for the healing? do i need any more calories above my basal rate? I've been cutting for a while.
-any tips for working out without the use of one foot?
-would a gym even let me walk in the door with a cast and crutches?
I'm usually in the gym about 5+ days a week so this is a major bummer for me.
