Yes but no arimidex will keep estrogen in check on cycle if dosed right for you. High estrogen can cause acne

Acne comes from hormonal imbalance, so the only way arimadex is going to help acne is if your estrogen swings high all the sudden creating an imbalance, but there are no direct ways that arimadex helps acne at all
