3rd week of s-4 and s-22 my rdw blood test is high?

Hey guys im on my 3rd week of taking sarms and my rdw count was 19....my doctor asked if I was on steroids because he could tell I beefed up and he says that affects that count. Anyone have blood test done while taking any of these compounds?
