Ok so a cutting stack will help lower my bf via sarms
Diet and 40 minutes of cardio everyday will lower your body fat. The cycle is just an added benefit to speed the process a bit. If your diet is off then don't expect anything. Follow what they laid out for you and focus on nutrition and macros along with your training and ideally you should lose a good amount of fat. Your going to have to tweak things as the process goes on. if you start cutting at 2000 cals now and you lose 10 pounds, your going to need to re adjust your macros again to keep dropping. Make the best of the cycle!!
