Ok so a cutting stack will help lower my bf via sarms

Diet and 40 minutes of cardio everyday will lower your body fat. The cycle is just an added benefit to speed the process a bit. If your diet is off then don't expect anything. Follow what they laid out for you and focus on nutrition and macros along with your training and ideally you should lose a good amount of fat. Your going to have to tweak things as the process goes on. if you start cutting at 2000 cals now and you lose 10 pounds, your going to need to re adjust your macros again to keep dropping. Make the best of the cycle!!
 
sarms will absolutely help you but NOTHING will help if everything else is not on point with it... i dont care what you run... you have to be dialed in and focused with consistency and discipline and then ABSOLUTELY they will help you cut man... absolutely but everything has to be aligned and the process will speed up in a significant way

i would diet differently man... 50-55% protein, 30% carbs and 10-15% fats... 4-5 days of cardio per week, 45 minutes per day and a mix of steady state and hiit training

absolutely.. thats one ive found to be universal for everyone to work.. i know we are all different but if you want something that GENERALLY works for most, thats it... as well as its sustainable which you cannot say for many diets out there

I'm not telling you to cut on 2000cals bro just an example. Your 200 pounds so basically maintenance for you is right around 3,000 cals. I would take a look at rick rocks diet sticky. I learned a ton from that. at 2000 cals with training your going to lose a good amount of size, unless your okay with that
