Hello Dylan!First of all I have to say sorry to my bad English, I hope you understand. I’m one of your Thai fans, watch most of your VDO on youtube channel.
I am 25 years old, 5’ 11” tall, 169lb about 17-18% body fat and I’m planning to have my 2nd cycle. For my 1st cycle I run Test E and Deca both 250mg/week for 10weeks and I’m not quite satisfy the result. For the beginning of the cycle I weight 165lb at week 10th I gain about 9lb and after finish PCT I loss 5lb, totally I gain about 4lb. Another weird thing is I’m not getting any additional strength during my cycle. Now I’m planning to have my 2nd cycle, the goal is to gain more than 8lb of muscle and to reduce my body fat lower than 15%. What is your suggestion for me, should I use tren with low dose? Should I use the same as my 1st cycle with higher dose and add some winny? Or any stack you suggest?
