Hey all. Some friends recommended sarms to me as a means to regain my lost muscle and to shred the fat i've gained to a recent severe illness. They recommended MK-2886 but told me to ask here on what else I should stack it with, and how frequently.
here are my stats.
Age 27
Height 66 inches
Weight 194
Body fat % 27
Years of training 2 on been off for 8 months
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)haven't started
PCT for each cycle N/A
Goals Solid 180, lower body fat %
Supplements (if any) none at the moment
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) NONE
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)
I was training for about 2 years before I found out I had testicular cancer about 8-9 months ago, I fought the fight and won; for now. I ended up having to lose the testicle but I'm 2 weeks from being fully recovered. Due to the illness I became severely depressed and gained a lot of weight from not going to the gym and eating unhealthy(comfort foods) to "relieve stress." After my surgery I couldn't walk for about a month, so I was stuck inside of my house not being move at all. Though I am thankful I won my battle I would like to get back into the swing of things and live my life to the fullest though I feel like I can't do that due to the way i look now. I am still currently active duty(for the time being) which is why I'm choosing SARMS over other drugs; as it is not ruled out "yet." Any help is really appreciated! If I am missing anything please let me know and thank you for taking time to read!
