Hi dylan have to say first good work on the videos very interesting and detailed keep up the good work. could you help me in choosing what to take to try to help repair my damaged cartilage in my left knee. I was thinking of taking IGF1 LR3, GH and decca to try to repair the damage . what would you do if you were me? Much appreciated .Thanks in advance

Hi first off thank you for any advice much appreciated. The cartilage has worn due to acl tear and as of work i could not afford to have the time off because of work at the time . 2 and half years later i get the reconstruction but due to the knee being unstable for a long period i have a high ware rate on the cartilage on both sides of the knee. im 28 and i am getting all kinds of discomfort on a daily basis. ive started to take bpc 157 and tb 500 and its reduce the pain a little bit but im not convinced yet . would IGF1 LR3 , GH and deca do a better job at encouraging the cartilage to repair if possible?

Unfortunately, damage to cartilage is not readily repaired by the body.
That’s because cartilage unlike most tissues in the body doesn’t have its own blood supply to bathe damaged tissue and provide factors promoting regeneration
Without a blood supply GH IGF-1 Deca nor any steroid... have any way of acting on this tissue

google microfracture surgery..it has shown some promise in cartilage regeneration..also along the same lines PRP injections may be able to supply blood healing factors directly to the site..although it would take many injections over a prolonged period of time

but the bottom line is.....it is next to impossible to grow new cartilage

Peptides aren't going to do anything, and Deca doesn't heal anything. It only lubricates and masks pain. Sarms give real healing and repair benefits but I don't know about producing new cartilage. I kinda tend to agree with Buen on this one

ok thanks for your advice. whats sarms would you suggest would be the best for me if there any chance they could help just a little if any?

My Knees are JUNK too and all the cartridge is missing off the bottom of my femurs on both knees. I have been on PHARM grade HGH for 9 month and it has NOT regrown. has help heal other body parts and muscle gain. I get cortisone and synthetic lubricant shots every 3 month alternating between the two. when I run DECA they feel better for the time being but it short lived once I come off the cycle.

Unfortunately I don't believe there is much that can be done. I think buen's option is the most promising and even then would be a lot of work/costly and no guarantee.

Injuries suck, sorry OP.

I feel your pain bro..
be careful with the cortisone injections..god they make you so good I know...but they actually can lead to further weakening and erosion of cartilage, ligament and tendon elasticity
The Synavisc (hyruolic acid) injections helps me a lot..just sometimes it only last a few weeks..instead of a few months

I had the MOST HORRIBLE reaction to synavics that was beyond painful... 4 tripps to the knee specialist to get my knees drains and dilated pain killers.. felt like a blow torch in my knees... BAD stuff for me... they use this all synthetic stuff now that just came out one shot each knee...

Sarms wouldn't hurt to try, and they can only help. If anything you'll at least reap all the other benefits for lean mass and strength

The healing and recovery stack from www.sarmsx.com is what you want

1-12 mk2866 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 lgd 10mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 MK677 25mg per day dosed in the am

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Peptides are almost impossible to find legit, so not worth it to me. Besides that peptides don't offer much benefit as it is when put in comparison to sarms
