I just recently decided to have a hormone panel test. I am 32 years old. Below are my results. For the most part everything looks good. However, my Free Test is in the shitter, and my SHBG is super elevated. I have been doing research on what could likely cause my SHBG to be super elevated. What I mostly find are various conditions which none of I suffer from. Any input on what could be going on here or the appropriate measures to fix this would be appreciated.

the higher your shbg, the lower your free test will be... it bounds up free testosterone.. proviron, 50 mg per day, 12-16 weeks will do the trick

No. I have never used anything outside of over the counter supps that wouldn't alter natural hormone production.
