I am 26 years old and 158 lbs. I weight train regularly and have a decent diet. I am looking for the best option to add some muscle mass but mostly to have the energy to do so. I have super low energy so it has been difficult to reach some of my goals therefore wondering which increase energy the most. Any thoughts or recommendations would be well appreciated I am an MD so if you mechanistic rational I'd appreciate hearing it, but am cool with just anecdotal personal experience!
