The issues you have mentioned sound quite weird to me - while there can be small problems with the first pins, they should definitely not be as serious as you described. Besides, the enanthate and the cypionate are not known as PIPing steroids.
As a little advice, you can do the following things in order to greatly reduce the PIP:
1. Warm up the oil a bit before injecting it - this way the injection will go smoother and you will not experience as much pain.
2. Take a warm shower half an hour after injecting.
3. Workout on the legs (especially the squats) either on the same day of the pin, or on the next day. I find that it is extremely beneficial to workout on the parts of the body where the injections were made, and it greatly reduces the pin.
If the problems will persist, I would recommend you to switch the brand, as it may be that you are having an allergic reaction to some elements in the carrier oil used in these steroids.
