Plan for first cycle was 400mg test E for 12 weeks w Aroma 12.5 EOD. Pinning mon/thurs. First 4 pins I alternated between glutes and quads. All 4 pins were crippling, so sore I was limping and could not sit down. Not much heat or irration in quads but terrible soreness. Glute got irritated red and hot all over the whole glute down my leg. Long story short I got test flu symptoms last monday. Slight temp runny nose no energy. Decided Monday to switch to cypinate, pinned it Monday and this past thurs in quads because of the knots still left in my glutes. Soreness has not been as bad no irritation but still today it's been hard to put socks on and limping around today. I understand my muscles are not used to this but is there any relief in site? I've been so crippled and sick it's been very tough to eat and train. Through all of that I'm up around 6 lbs after three full weeks look fuller harder and leaner. Strenth is starting to go up. I've watched every video and read every article on pinning and really feel like I'm hitting the right spots and being pretty smooth w my technique. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
