Thanks bro! 100% agree w u!Awesome to hear you're making a better version of your self. Sense of well being is one of the best defenses against depression.
Thanks bro! Been following your progress too! Sounds like everything is going great for u as well!Looking really good bro.. Big transformation for you and you should be proud of what you've accomplished so far.
Wow has this bridge been the shit!!!! I'm just getting so much stronger and feeling so much better! My endurance is great, my libido is stronger than when I was 17 and my strength has just increased so rapidly! SARMs have really been great for me and with about 5-6 weeks to go in this bridge I'm further along than I could have imagined. I've been taking Viagra w my pre workout which I really like. Great pumps! The only thing that I'm struggling w is the hunger w the MK677. I mean the sleep benefits are great... But I just don't know how to deal w the hunger! Lol it's almost overwhelming...like at times I feel like I haven't eaten in2 days when I really ate like 2 hours ago... So I'm going to have to figure something out bc I really don't think it's just a matter of will power w mk...the hunger is really intense sometimes. That's really the only thing I'm struggling with a little but strangely I have not put any fat on which is pretty amazing. Can't wait to hit chest hard tomorrow and go for some PRs! Now that I'm not supersetting everything I've really been able to use heavier weight which is a nice change of pace and I'm really enjoying!

That would probably help but the last thing I need is more stimulants. I already take Vyvanse which is a time released amphetamine and some coffee and my pre-workout which is loaded w caffeine. I've been meaning to switch when I take it from at night to morning per Rick's suggestion...so that's what I'll probably try...I know its a bridge and all and not sure how it could or can effect the end result but maybe an eca stack?
I think it's time to give some input on how each piece of this bridge is working for me...
LGD- Man I've put on some quick size. I wasn't putting on size like this in my previous cycle so I'm convinced that the lgd has help to put on significant mass
Rad- If rad is supposed to act like testosterone in the body, my assumption is that it is just further amplifying the strength I've been gaining which has been rapid!
Sr- my endurance is through the roof! I love sr. Its very similar to gw in my opinion. I can't wait to run these 2 together on my upcoming cycle! Can't even imagine it...I don't see how I'll ever be out of breath lol...
Mk677- I'm sleeping very well. I was even able to cut my sleeping medication out! I had a shit sleep last night. My experience is that its awesome for sleep, makes my hair shiny, and makes me incredibly hungry, but I'm not real clear on what its doing otherwise....except that its part of a group of compounds that really works. With all the eating I've been doing, I haven't gained any fat which is pretty impressive BC I've been slamming food!
Proviron- I probably think about sex for 90% of the day haha and to tell you the truth I think it just makes me feel good. I think it would be a highly effective treatment for depression.
Testosterone- so many benefits! I feel like a new man. Ironically I probably had to go on trt BC I'm pretty sure my bipolar medications were causing it to drop and w low test...u get depressed. Now that I'm on TRT everything is working great. I'm stable and happy.
Overall the first 5 weeks of this bridge have been amazing! I have seem more gains during the beginning off this bridge than I did in all of my previous 12 week cycle.
Feeling pretty lucky. The last 8 years have been really rough. I had a lot of problems. I feel like a different person now. Blessed.
Thanks brother! I really appreciate it! Without this forum, I wouldn't be even close to this far alongThank you for that detailed breakdown bro! That really gives us a nice perspective in your thoughts of everything and how it has worked for you.
You've done such an amazing job bro. Nice work!
That's a really good idea bro. I've read that a lot of times when we feel hungry, we're really just thirsty plus water is filling. The raw veggies is a good idea too. Thanks bro!ya well everything can be tweaked i guess see how it goes, drink alot of water and chew on carrots or something that isnt bad for you or has little fillers in them raw veggies
The first day is is Jan 24th. Yeah man that would be sweet! Let me know 4 sure bro!Awesome job so far bro. When does your next blast start? Hopefully I can take that trip to see family and hit a few gym sessions with you.

Hell yeah. Will do bro!Kill it that last month and end this run with an exclamation mark bro!
Lol yeah man I've been on ADD meds so long, it doesn't curb the hunger like it did when I started taking adderall when I was 20(horrible horrible drug). No I'm like u bro...can always eat!Nice updates man.. I'm surprised the Vyvanse doesn't curb your hunger more. But if your like me, nothing stops my hunger. Back in the day when I used to get into more trouble, not even the China white could curb my hunger
