What to avoid

Hello everyone
I am 34 years old male from Ireland. I served 14 years in army and developed PTSD. now I am on antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs. I also take testogel 50 mg.
What steroids should I avoid and which ones are friendly to my condition? My body fat is 18 % and exercise regurarly for years

none, your body fat is far too high and i would never be comfortable telling you to use anything with your condition.. just stick to your trt and perhaps look at sarms but you need to avoid steroids, period...

You'd be much better off going with something without the side effects and health strain that steroids have....especially with your condition. Sarms are the only thing id be comfortable recommending to you

I’d go with SARMS if you need that extra edge. Otherwise liked Dylan stated your BF is too high and will only cause additional unwanted sides.
