Hello dylan, firstly you have a great work on your youtube channel ,it's really helpful and have a plenty of useful informations, so thank you for that👐
Secondly, I just have a question is there a short ester steroid to replace it better than npp because I had a cycle from 2 years and it was t-prop and npp , but I didn't know that prolactin problem and I used nolva on my cycle instead of arimidix and I know that it was wrong now from your videos; so there is any short ester steroid much better and safer than npp to stack With t-prop on a cycle 10 weeks for example ??
 
Why don't you start by giving us your full stats? Age, weight, height, goals, training experience, diet, any previous cycles, etc...

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…
 
Ok, I stoped training from about 2.5 years ago due my college and some related issues. Now my
Weight: 66
Height: 180
Body fat: range between 10-13 %
Age: 24

My last steroid cycle if it's important to mention was from 2 years. It was the same t-prop and npp.

Now I am getting back to workout and trying to arrange a cycle in order to gain some clean lean muscles, I know that I am not going to run it at least after 3 months of training thats in my consideration.
I decided to run a cycle of test prop. and npp for 12 weeks, but I am worried and not satisfied with npp, so is there any other short ester better and much safer than npp ??

Hey bro... I’m glad you’re starting to workout again, but if you weigh 66kg/145lbs we can’t recommend steroid use to you, as you’re underweight... you risk causing damage to your joints and ligaments... you’re also a bit young for aas. Maybe you could look into sarms brother
 
Thanks brother for the information, but I am not going to run a cycle until I reach 75 kg at least and my current weight is not my natural body response, I am on a low calories diet in order to not add any fats when i am off or any fats conversin even and my daily schedule doesn't include any body work it's all concerned about college and work, so the aim of this diet is to make my body organs function well and also to keep my body shape the same. Mainly the diet consists of; you may get shocked as well from it I know, it's 3 meals per day

1st meal: coffee + 3 eggs white + banana + nuts

2nd meal: chicken breasts + beans

3rd meal: 1 cup of skimmed milk
 
I know but I am controlling that , it's just dependent on my daily activity some times I change it to 1500 every 3 months to maintain and recover. When I get some fats I just start to low my counter calories intake to 1100-1200 because I am not training or doing any other activity just a normal work day as usual ,so the only way is to control my diet and it's works.
 
Well bud, right now you are too young and too undersized for steroid use and we cannot advise you on them. You need to work on your diet and building a proper natural base
 
I know brother and I said in a previous comment that I am getting back to train after a 2.5 years off only my diet was in my concern when I am off and I also said that I know that at least i have to train 3-6 months to run a cycle. Also I have a great base just some changes will be in my diet to get again to my ideal weight; the question is there any other much safer short ester steroid than npp ?

I dont quite understand what you dont understand about being too young... is it really that difficult to comprehend... im not finding a more clear way to say it... you can ask it a million different ways and the answer will not change

It's not just age that's the issue. You are very undersized as well and haven't put in the work to build a good natural base either. That's what you need to work on instead of worrying about a cycle

You are literally starving yourself with this meal plan. Just reading it made me hungry and I just ate a big meal. Your meal plan is a recipe for skinny fat, your not even hitting your minimum protein requirements.

As far as your stats, are you 180cm and 66kg? That's 5'10 at 145lbs, am I reading this correct?
 
Correct my friend, the accurate protein intake for my weight 66kg is 142g / day, I take 90g / day because I wasn't training and not doing any activity just a normal work day.
 
your diet needs some major work brother .. and it seems like you’re just not getting it ... in my opinion you should be taking 1.5g pro per lbs ... so you should be at 220g of pro... you should also increase your daily calories ... you’re literally starving yourself
