Weight at end of transformation contest was 208.4 this morning I was 216.4. Total skin fold mm difference is 3mm for 3 sites. Added 8lbs and reduced body fat and not at half way point!!

I can see the difference even in the small photo but it would be cool to get a better look at your progress!

Day 48 arm workout. Warm up was joint rotations and bike 10 mins.
1) internal and external rotations- 3 sets of 20reps

3) single arm cable preacher curls- (20lbsx20) 35lbsx15,40lbsx15,50lbsx12,50lbsx10

5) standing db overhead extensions- (50lbsx20,55lbsx20) 80lbsx15,100lbsx15, 110lbsx10, 115lbsx10
6) rope pushdown while leaning forward-(top position your hand are at the top of head)-(50lbsx20)65lbsx15,80lbsx12,80lbsx10
7)underhand grip tricep pushdowns- 65lbsx15, 75lbsx15, 80lbsx12,85lbsx10
8) seated calf raise superset with donkey calf raises-

Day 49 cardio- 10 rounds of jump rope 30 sec on 30 sec off. 5 rounds 1min on 30 sec break.

Day 50 leg workout. Focus this week is heavy 6-8 reps and 1-1.5 mins break between sets. Warm up was joint rotations and 10 mins on arc trainer.
1) abduction and adduction- 3 sets of 20 reps
2) prone leg curl-(70lbsx20,90lbsx20) 150lbsx10,165lbsx8,165lbsx8 (that's the heaviest the machine goes)
3) seated leg curl- (90lbsx20)130lbs15,140lbsx12,150lbsx8,155lbsx6
4) leg extensions-(80lbsx50) 110lbsx40,130lbsx30,140lbsx20,150lbsx15 (stay high reps with leg extensions to protect knee)
5) leg press-(2platesx20) 4 platesx30, 6 platesx20, 8 plates 20 (knee started bothering me on last set)
6) standing single leg curl- (60lbsx20) 70lbsx15, 90lbsx15, 100lbsx12, 110lbsx10, 120lbsx8

Titan is a great source and his customer service is amazing and he is an amazing person!! You honestly can't go wrong with either source!!

Welcome bro!! Well deserved!! I used Robo's liquid anadrol which I wrote about, I am also using Robo Eq 300, NPP 100, masteron 100!! I have done my homework before picking a source not only on this forum but several and now from direct experience Robo is great source period!!!!
 
Day 51- wake up 6am. BP 125/72. Today's workout is chest and abs. Focus for this week is heavy 6-8 reps. Will post complete workout once completed! I know I have mentioned this before but my strength continues to improve! My leg workout yesterday strength has improved since last strength phase!! Thank you for reading!

4) dip machine-(slight lean forward to activate my lower pec) (50lbsx20) 100lbsx20,150lbsx15,150lbsx15
5) low to high cables-(20lbsx20)30lbsx20,40lbsx15,50lbsx12
6) pec deck- (chest was getting tired at this point and insertion point feels tight) 70lbsx20, 90lbsx20,90lbsx20
7) high to low cables- 40lbs for 3 sets of 20
8) hanging leg raise-bwx25,bwx25,bwx25
Decline crunch-10lbsx30,15lbsx30,15lbsx30
Cardio- 10 rounds at 30 secs on 30 sec off. 5 rounds at 1 min on 30 sec off. Overall great workout!! Getting stronger and stronger and stronger!!! I can honestly say that my progression in strength is like nothing I have ever experienced in my 25+ years of working out! In the past I have bench pressed 405lbs for 10 reps and squatted 585lbs for 5 reps God only knows what I could have do if I had no injuries to worry about!!! Thank you for reading!

It is very strong!! I actually asked the same question when I first tried it. Just down the hatch bro!! In my crazy way of thought I started to like the strong taste cause it solidified in my mind the strength of the product! I know sounds crazy but it worked! It gave me a huge mental edge to take it a hour or so before my workout. I could still taste and smell it going into my workout. I guess what I am saying is focus on the strength and benefits instead of the taste.
