I realize the standard instructed dosing time seems to be first thing in the morning.  However, I have found I get much better results when I dose approx. 2 1/2 -3 hrs. prior to a workout.  Due to my work schedule, my workout times vary from day to day.  Could this be a real observance or just in my head?   Currently, I am into my third week of 20mg MK677 and 20mg MK2866.
