Hi, I am 20 years old, have been lifting for a few years now but really vamped up my training this past year. I'm 6'2, 205 around 16-18% bf right now and I'm just coming off a bulk. My lifts are 200x5 on incline bench, 250x6 squat and 385x5 deadlift. I eat extremely clean and have a strong nutritional background. Current supps I take are a multi, ZMA, fish oil, and creatine in addition to protein obviously. I'm looking to start my cut relatively soon and I'm looking to get shredded, what would be the most optimal SARMS stack for me? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks so much man, I appreciate your help. Would I be able to gain some lean muscle with this stack as well? From what I've heard about S4, it's like a Winstrol where I may be able to get 5-7 pounds of lean muscle. Also, which style of training would be most optimal on a cut, hypertrophy or strength training? Or perhaps a mixture of the two where I stay in the 6-8 rep range for compounds and 8-12 range for isolation? Currently I am doing the latter. I just don't want to leave any gains on the table at all, especially on cycle.

i like your questions, it shows your really in tune to what your doing... yes, you absolutely can get lean muscle here... sarms prevent muscle wastage on top of it but rad and s4 can absolutely increase your lean muscle bro as well as extreme muscle hardening and vascularity... its a perfect cycle for you...
 
The enhanced super stack Dylan gave you is perfect. That covers your goals completely and is the most optimal stack for you. RAD is one of the best sarms for gaining lean mass and strength and S4 is great for strength and lean mass as well. Those both also have great fat loss abilities, explicitly S4, so combining those with GW and sr9009 is sure to give you some pretty amazing results. Thanks guys, I certainly will keep you guys updated, right now I just need to put a little more money together to get the stack as it is a bit expensive, but I will be starting soon.

your talking to the right guy if you want to talk about striving for perfection... how you train is up to you based on your goals but i certainly would not be training only 3 days a week bro... since you are cutting, start doing higher reps with a moderate weight... 15-20 reps each set and work on short rests in between you sets, building your vo2max... i would HIGHLY recommend getting a minimum of 4 days a week of cardio, 30-45 minutes per day...

Sounds like a plan Dylan, I am going to be starting a program soon that is 5 days on 1 day off since I believe my body can handle the higher volume and frequency quite well, especially being on cycle. What macro split would you recommend? I'm going to probably run 2000 calories and adjust calories accordingly to how my body reacts.

i like your attitude man, i really do... so, since your cutting, i would go along the lines of 50-55 protein, 30 carbs, and 15-20 fats... i like to keep my fats on the lower end when cutting, generally at the 15 range but at your age, your good at 20 on those... im talking in percents... so 50-55% etc...
 
I'd add ostarine to that cycle for fat loss. I've been amazed what its been doing for me just by itself.
