Have i been dosing incorrectly?

I usually use the dropper and drop the sarm under my tongue, hold it there for several seconds, then take a shot of juice, and swallow both the juice and the sarm together. am i doing it wrong?

should i swallow the sarm first? then drink some juice?

Do not hold under your tongue, right down the hatch, follow with your chaser if necessary.

You are making it harder than it needs to be. You don't need to hold it in your mouth, just swallow and chase with water or whatever.

There's no reason to hold it under your tongue for any reason whatsoever. It's suspended in alcohol. You don't want to do that. Trust me. Just take it straight down and chase it afterwards. Don't overcomplicate it

You haven't been fucking up your progress at all. You're just taking an unnecessary step and probsbly burning the fuck out of the underside of your tongue in the process

if you do need a chaser, use grapefruit juice as it provides max absorption but NO MORE UNDER THE TONGUE DOSING!
