Ok, so I have been into lifting and fitness for years, and my girlfriend of the last two years has been training with me since we've been together. We eat decently, I do a Test E cycle twice a year and it keeps me great. I am 47 and she is 44. She is having a really hard time losing body fat, really hard time. I feel bad, because I see how hard she works at it. She does have a thyroid issue and is on a dosage of synthroid. It keeps her far, far from where her workouts should be getting her to. She knows what all I take and is wanting to try as well. We both do circuit training and teaching, and she does kickboxing instruction classes as well.
Question, are there any options? Fat burning options. Tried clen, didnt seem to do anything. The lifting with me has gotten her strong but she cant get any definition and still has extra pounds all over that cause her to lose confidence. Any ideas are helpful, thanks
