my age : 23 years old , height : 168 cm , weight : 68 kg , bodyfat : 20-25% My goal is increase Strength and muscle size and experience : 2 years of bodybuilding and i look like shit my strength is so low and my muscle size too actually i do cardio and fasting intermittent approximatly every day to loose fat and after that i'll rebuilt lean muscle mass with new diet , program etc

You say you've been working out for 2 years, your body fat is 20-25%, your strength is low and you look like shit....then your diet and training is off. It is that simple. When I say diet, I don't mean to go "on a diet" I mean nutrition. No pill or hormone will overcome a bad diet or training. Please post what your daily meal plan looks like so we can help you.
