okay gang, help needed. just completed week 1 of the cycle, felt so tired and drained it's been unreal. sleep quality has been poor, however 6 hours has been the absolute minimum. training is 5 days strength structured training and at least 3 days fasted steady state cardio with 2 evening sessions of boxing. so last tuesday i felt so depleted, however dragged myself to boxing, participated in body sparring and took several heavy blows to the ribs, mostly due to the fact i so flat footed and top heavy. now my ribs bruised and training is becoming challenging. 1 week into the cycle and now this happens! i'm going to the docs tomorrow however, i do have some MK2866 from my platinum PCT (purchased at SARMSX) that i was going to run during PCT of this cycle, could this aid in my recovery if so what's the dosing? also what could be the cause of my constant fatigue? i don't have bloodwork to hand as i am planning to to obtain this after this cycle. my diet is completely vegan so foods are naturally nutritionally dense etc. overtraining? recommended supplements? help and advice needed
