Background
55 yo male, who has led a completely sedentary lifestyle. Due to a rash of bad health news was motivated to change eating habits and lose weight. I have lost 75 lbs and now weigh 155 lbs. The weight loss came entirely through dietary changes so still lead a sedentary lifestyle
I am happy with the weight loss and would gladly remain at my current weight as it has come with improved health benefits . However, my wife has stated that I am now too skinny now and I need to put on some muscle or at least tighten up. Looking in the mirror I must say I understand what she is saying. Rather than skinny Scrawny would be the word I would use to describe myself now.
Why am I here
I have absolutely no interest in steroids because of their toxicity and the possibility of HPTA suppression, therefore SARMs seem to be the perfect alternative. Further research led me to your site. You seem willing to answer questions and I have plenty since as I said earlier I have very little experience if any with physical activity or work in the gym and do not know where to begin.
What are my goals
Honestly I am not sure. I know I do not want to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I guess what I am looking for would be described as a lean but muscular look. I'd like to see a six pack while I am it. I have divided my goals Into 2 parts: Increased Muscularity and Increased Endurance
For Muscularity (The SARMs)

Questions:
Is it okay to take all three of the endurance products at the same time or is it overkill? Also if I could take only one of the three which do you recommend ie which is the most potent?
With regards to the SARMs I have the following questions:

Which of the five SARMs listed has the most suppressive effect
Which of the five SARMs listed has the worse overall side effects profile
