23 years old and kinda new to this, but i have some questions and hoped you could help me with that.
I just started lifting 4-5 months ago and not seing fast progress. I am really skinny embarrased of my body..
im 1meter80 and about 70kg
I was thinking about taking a 4-6 week dbol cycle just to get me headstart and i have something to work with. I want to try this because i'm really curious.
After the cycle i want to try and continue without the use of steroids.
I know i will lose size after the cycle but i'm trying to keep that minimum.
do you think this will be a good method or is this even logical ?
i heard someone say i will lose everything because its all water retention..
if thats true i dont want to use it because im not going to always use steroids.
im embarrased to see myself in the mirror and i want to change that a bit faster if possible.
