Get those macros straightened out by decreasing carbs and increasing protein and you'll really notice a difference in results. You could just about flip flop your carbs and protein numbers and they would look more ideal in my opinion

Yeah man. Had to really re-work it out, but coming Monday, nutrition is about to get real


thats what its all about... i dont care what your using or how hard you are working out, diet comes first... without it, you will never get to the point you want... diet makes up the most percentage of importance with all of this... great job listening and trying to change what your doing...

Workout: Workout was really really good. IDK if it was the rest I got for 2 days or the Osta gains, I went up in the bench from 50 Kg to 60 Kg

hey bro... why are you mixing with orange juice? are you using it as a chaser or actually mixing... ive stated a million times to NOT mix with anything aside from grapefruit juice... if its a chaser then thats okay but do not mix with orange juice

You definitely want to take your sarms straight bro. Don't mix it in orange juice. You are fine to chase it with the OJ right after, but take the sarms straight from the dropper

Whats the difference taking it directly versus dropping it in OJ ?

It dilutes the compound into what you are drinking, and since it is such a minuscule amount of liquid, it's very easy to not get the full concentration of the compound resulting in much less absorbed into the body. It will have much more bioavailability and uptake into your bloodstream when taken straight

Today I took it without the Orange Juice, and it tasted horrible. The silver lining is that, I saved about 75 calories of Orange Juice :-)

If you are using nolva instead of Clomid, then that dosing is good yes.

Not bad-I have noticed some good strength gains, that I can def vouch for, and some good changes in the way I look. Next cycle, I have to make sure my diet is on point. Finding it difficult to do so with the weekend outings
