Nice job increasing those cals. A lot of younger guys are scared and limit their gains. As long as you're not putting on a ton of unnecessary fat you're g2g!


I agree....today was my 11th pin, ans by now im sure my test levels are up......today is an off day from the gym. I feel great....no apparent sides from the test, no aggression or mood swings and no signs of gyno. All is well. I'm doing the standard 12.5 aromasin eod.

I figure why not maximize everything to get all the gains possible!

A little side note I've noticed since I've upped my cals to 3500-4000 I've put a couple pounds on but doesn't appear to be fat. I'm not too worried just keeping track.

Just remember dont over train.

Well I'm into week 3....all is good. I've put a little weight on, just a few pounds. All of my weight max's have increased. My max on bench is up 50#s.I'm seeing more definition in my physique. I feel great, no sides at all. Life is good. I still have 9 weeks left..it only gets better.

Over training when running gear is my classic mistake. Phurious has to stay on my ass because everytime I run a cycle I feel so good and want to just keep pushing myself. Consequently I end up with an injury. In the end it's always worth it to me because I love the gainz. Lol

I can't afford an injury nor do I want..lol.
 
Week 4...because of work I've been out of the gym the last 3 days...sucks...but tomorrow is game on. My shoulders have widened out and my chest is growing nicely. I'm stoked. Can't wait to see what the next 8 weeks bring.
 
So going into week 5...just finished 5 days straight. I've gained about 10 pounds. Definately muscle...my chest ,shoulders,arms and legs are quite a bit fuller. Muscle is building for sure. Still at 3500 calories..50/35/15. I love this. I initially dialed back my cardo but I put on a few pounds so cardio is back full force. Everything is great.
 
Progress is sounding killer. Cardio is definitely important. It helps with the lipids as well. What forms of cardio do you use?
