All the PR's are to be posted in here! We'll keep it pretty simple: Post your best lifts, and then whenever you beat them by either reps or added weight, reply to your own comment with the update!!!
I'll post my personal best lifts as of today...
Incline bench 315lbs for 11 reps
Back Squat 455lbs for 14 reps
Front squat 225lbs for 12 reps
Deadlift 505lbs for 6 reps
Shoulder press 255lbs for 9 reps
Pull ups @281lbs bodyweight for 17 reps
Push ups to failure 43 reps
Orgasms for my girl in one session... 4.
