Yohimbine HCL / Alpha Yohimbine, my horrible / good experience

How many mg would you take in one dose?
My caps came in 5mg or 10mg, I also had some 7,5mg at some point.

Most of the time I stuck to 1 pill a day in the morning, meaning 5 to 10mg. 15 was way too much and I tried 20 a couple of days only, maybe 4 or 5 days, and it was horrible.

The cool thing though was that 5 minutes after taking it in the morning, even it it was before 6am, I would find myself in the shower ready to go about my day in the snap of a finger! Sweating in the shower, manically brushing my teeth, dressing up real quick!

I would always run to the toilets and take a massive s*** 3 times while fasted, so that my lower stomach was always completely flat and empty of waste products
 
I bought a new bottle of "Miami Lean" , only 30 caps! Perfect size to finish the bottle up within a month or two and end up looking lean and athletic

This will be so rewarding on top of all the physical activity I will be doing (weights, cardio, sports) and the low calorie days I will have

By rewarding I mean the moment it will be August and I will be rocking it in Spain acting cool as a m*f* leaned back (I definitely will have used up the miami lean by then but miami lean will have contributed to my nice looking physique)

Because right now I'm in a phase where I'm just "slow" and that is dangerous
Why dangerous? Because it can go very fast, and if I'm slow in my life and all the things I'm supposed to do at my age to be sure not to lag behing... A little "kick" can definitely help.
