Worrying symptoms

You still need bloods done. SARMs are not nearly suppressive as AAS but can be slightly suppressive. You have been on 9 weeks (with a normal cycle lasting 12) so are in the final stages and running S4 at a dose higher than recommended if I'm reading that right - plus the full dose of Osta.

My bet is you will find some anomalies in the bloods - perhaps a lower T than you expected. This would be exacerbated if you were coming off an AAS cycle and didn't recover properly or ran a suppressive Sarm such as Rad or LGD prior.

What were you running before this and when did you come off?
Just get the bloods done and post back.

Nothing, first sarms cycle. I'm reading into hyperthyroidism, vitamin D difficiency, there's a lot of culprits. Like today for example I feel Extremely lethargic, extremely tired I don't even feel like moving and I've had like 10 hours of sleep, really not sure what the culprit is. Today is the first day I actually have 0 energy. Usually it's after my workout I have no energy, but today I'm just exhausted.

Oh yeah huuuuge thing I forgot to mention. I've started sleeping at night instead of the day. I usually work nights and I'm on holiday for a bit, usually when I'm working I sleep during the day, go to work 6.30pm finish around 3.30am. Then I sleep from around 5am till 4pm. Now since I'm not working ATM I've gone back to sleeping 7pmish getting up around 6amish.

Ah - Therein lies the problem (or at least part of it). You are experience the equivalent of jet lag as if someone who worked in the US traveled to Hong Kong and had to deal with a 12 hour time difference. Sarms could have messed with your T levels and massively altering your sleep
schedule is like a one - two punch. Also, start taking Vitamin D about 2-3,000 IUs daily. Most people who live anywhere in the world except where it's sunny all the time (like Florida and California) or who work indoors have D deficiencies. Either way the D will help boost Test levels and provide more energy and it regulates dozens of functions in the body so you should be taking that anyway.

I use to work swing shift and had to change every week from nights to days, and vice versa. Anytime you change your sleep patterns it can contribute to this, and I think it's the root of a lot of your problems here

Yeah Rick I'm training right now and strength is through the roof pumps are incredible, I'm pretty sure it's not suppression, have a strong feeling it's the sleep pattern. Lol had to take 1g of caffeine just to get energy to train [emoji17]

Yeah bro I'm still going to get blood work just in case.

Had the wife do bloodwork once she was feeling similar to how you felt, turned out she was iron deficient and the bloodwork showed this. So could be a simple deficiency somewhere and an easy fix, if not you will at least rule out the easy stuff

I did have iron deficiency when I was younger for a couple years.

The fix was simple, my wife started taking an iron+multivitamin and within a week she was fine.
I do take a multivitamin, but I still don't know exactly what's wrong until I get bloods done.
