Hey guys, I'm 18 years old, looking for the perfect work out routine to gain size , please suggest me an exercising nice plan and a product that helps me along with my cycle, I started two weeks ago with some lifting but I would like to have a defined weekly work out plan, thanks guys.
 
You just started so basically anything will work, it is not until you have been training for a long time that your body plateus and you have to play major tricks to get it to grow. Don't worry about the perfect training program right now, just get into the Gym and workout.
 
At this age and with this gym experience - there is not much to plan. Just train hard and workout - the results will come really fast and very noticeably. It is at the age of 22, after spending 4 years in the gym when you will have to start planning your trainings and meal plans. By now, there is no need for that. Your best supplement will be healthy food and good sleep everyday. Besides, even naturally you are not completely developed yet, hence wait a bit, and you will see how "your meat" will grow when you reach 20 years.
