When to take sarms?

Is there any difference taking sarms with meal or on empty stomach? Pre or post workout? Also should i take both lgd and ostarine and the same time?

you can take both at the same time. Hell sarms are meant to be stacked mate. LGD and MK2866 would be a single dose once a day preferably same time as both have a 24 hr half life . I take mine first thing on a empty stomach just before 1st breakfast but it proberly dosent matter too much , im sure some of the other boys can answer that .

it makes no difference whatsoever on with or without food and you can take them one right after the other

I usually take them in the morning with my morning coffee and donuts (kidding about the donuts). MK677 I take before bed but you can do in the morning also. Some like to dose and hour before the gym. Whatever works best for you.

No it doesnt matter. Just m as ke sure you are dosing the same time each day
