Whats your go to source if you forgot your meal or didnt prepare..

If I'm in a pinch and need food badly I just walk into any grocery store that is close. Nine times out of ten they will have a healthier choice than any fast food.
 
I keep foil packs of tuna in my back pack. If I miss a meal I pull out 2 and eat them. I actually like tuna straight out of the package so I enjoy it. On the rare occasion I Don't have my bag I head for Chipoltle. Brown rice, chicken, veggies and a shit ton of hot sauce. YUMMMMM!!
