When it comes to acne, it is mostly caused by fluctuations in hormone levels, so obviouosly reducing this as much as possible to give more stability will provide the best plan to keep acne at bay. Two injections per week is more stable than one, so there is your answer.

Keep in one that both going on cycle and coming off is a big fluctuation in itself that you really have no control over, and those that are acne prone are probably going to get some no matter what

About a month now. I hate the acne looking at it drives me nuts I'm on 150 mg a week rite now with arimidex at. 5 a month. My estrogen was at 26 it's low to but my dr said I'm sensitive to it. Was holding water weight and chest was puffing up felt like gyno.

If you're prone to acne, not much you can really do. Just keep clean hygiene, some acne prevention products help like salicylic acid, tanning also helps. Other than that, especially since you've only been on for a month, acne will probably keep popping up until your hormones stabilize.

At a month in, your body is still adjusting quite a bit. Give it some more time and things should start subsiding
