I'm currently taking 200mg of test on trt (I'm 42). My nuts have finally shrunk after about 5 months after starting TRT. My question is about adding HCG into the mix to plump my plums back up. Is it worth it? What should my doseage be? I've read a lot of bullshit on the internet, but I always trust you guys here more than anywhere else. Thanks!!

hcg will plump your balls yes. or you can simply use a strong test booster like hcgenerate that has natural herbals and doesn't require injections.. you can buy it on ebay or n2bm

I would use HCGenerate honestly!
In short, no, its not worth it... the only way i can potentially see you needing it is if you needed a fertility protocol, which in would be a "part" of but NOT the key component, as some would like to insinuate it is.. HMG, HCG and clomid, HMG being the KEY to that protocol but aside from that, no, there is no reason whatsoever to use it..
