What not to take with SARMs ?

Was thinking about it, and wondered...Is there anything I should try to avoid while on sarms? Ex: acetyl-L-carnitine is supposed to help with androgen receptor activity/cleaning receptors. Would that interfere with MOA of sarms? Or N-acetyl-cysteine? What about KSM-66? Is there a list of stay aways that might interfere with SARMs MOA and cause skewed results?

no there is not bro... none of these will have any negative effect with sarms whatsoever...

There is no known interaction issues with any supplement you would take while on sarms that I know of

Yeah I was just totally curious. I love adding l-carnitine into my routine for fat burning purposes. I know the GW is meant for it but I always like having some LCAR in to help with fat oxidation even more so. And I heard ashwahanda root could help with test production. Was thinking about giving it a shot unless you suggest otherwise !

ashwhanda is okay... i didnt see much of anything with it so i stopped using it... lcar is not bad.. i never really saw too much with it either but if you do then definitely use it... it certainly wont interfere with anything

Yeah, I've heard flip flop reviews on ashwaganda, however most people take a standardized extract at a low dose. So very minimal of the active ingredient is finally present. KSM-66 is the highest % extract and I'd be taking a 600mg dose as well. As for Lcar, jeez. I've always noticed it immediately as I do with yohimbe for fat loss.
