Water intake on cycle

Hey there! I am on my first cycle now, so I am pretty new to all of this. Could anyone tell me how much water I should be drinking everyday, so that I won't drink too much, or too little? Are there any special guidelines in this regard?
 
Whoa back up. First cycle, new to all of this. Please give us some stats age, weight, height and your cycle.

On cycle or off, it doesn't matter.....your water intake should always be no less than a gallon per day...preferably more like 1.5+

What cycle are you on, and what is your stats and experience?

1.5+. U should be drinking enough that your piss is so crystal clear that u can put it back in the gallon and drink it again and it'll taste just like water. If it tastes a little salty or sweet you're not drinking enough bro....lol

I am on a simple cycle - just testosterone and cardarine gW. My stats are - 26 years, 6.2, 90 kg. BF is really low.

Another interesting question - should that be exclusively water, or this refers to all liquids in general? For instance, if I drink tea during the day, does that count?
 
Just as much as you would off cycle. But that's still a good bit. Depending on your body weight is say 3/4 gallon- 1 full gallon

Yes tea counts but don't count juice and such. Tea is just water with tea leaves infused in it so that counts. It also has some caffeine so take that into account because caffeine is a diarrhetic.

You can't count anything that has caffeine in it as water intake because the diuretic effect makes it worse than not drinking it at all in many cases

Truth. I usually drink an additional 8oz of water for every caffeinated drink I consume.

Yeah it does have a very small amount depending on the kind of tea but ideally non-caffeinated is much better.

definitely make sure you are hydrated at all times... you especially want to make sure when running orals that your more than hydrated... they stress the kidneys extremely bad and its imperative to not get dehydrated... you should be drinking water constantly throughout the day...
 
That brings up an interesting point I drink a whole gallon during my training session but I put 3 scoops of flavored BCAAs in it mainly because I train on an empty stomach if I eat closer than 2 hpurs before the gym I feel misrrable

I pretty much do the same, but the only caffeinated drink I ever have is my morning coffee
