It can help to some degree. But it does not have near the fat loss abilities of GW. GW helps your body burn its own fat for fuel so it is incredible for fat loss, not to mention its endurance benefits

yes, it does a nice job with fat loss... its definitely not the best sarm for fat loss but it absolutely helps amongst the million other things it does... =) ostarine is the most versatile of any sarm so it has a multitude of capabilities
