Want to OPTIMISE testosterone - blood test done

Hey guys

I had another (venous)blood test as i didnt have much faith in the finger prick test which I did before. Im not interested in taking exogenous testosterone, but would welcome any advice on how to maximise my testosterone. Its fine as it is I know but woudl love to bump it up .. naturally or unnaturally.

Im 40 years old, gym 2 times a week and diet is standard, meat heavy keto based. Not taking any supplements of any kind.

Ideally i'd would like my estrogen, shgb and prolactin at the lower end of normal, im thinking aromasin 12.5mg EOD for estrogen and vitamin b6 for prolactin, sounds good ? What can i take for lowering SHBG ?
