You must get the B12 methylcobalamin . I have tried the other cyanocobalamin injectable and that is the one you're better off taking orally. Now B12 methylcobalamin is a tad expensive but if you run it for a month or two I promise you it's worth it. I take in the am post workout on my way out the door as I grab my coffee. Man what a way to start your day you feel great and it lasts for a while too. I also saw my body lean a little (which is a joke cause I'm skinny as fuck), but seriously I know my body and I tightened up slightly more on B12 methylcobalamin shots. These are the ones about 50-60 a 10ml I have seen them go for even more. Remember boys and girls if it says cyanocobalamin then you might as well just take it orally. If it reads methylcobalamin grab some slin pins.
