So, I have been using UL for a while and know it's not on them if I order when I am running low on an item, but my current order took 5 days to even start to get processed. I know they are closed on weekends, but there has to be a better way to contact them give them a cc or whatever and have my order at least within at least 7 days, given the weekend. If my expectations are to high that's on me.

I also, e-mailed and called them, but there response by phone and e-mail are not good. Anyother game in town to order from?

Also, I may have missed it, but UL seems to be the only supported vendor on this site that carries MK-777.

As you say they aren't a 24-7-365 days a week business. We've seen people bitch about not getting replies at xmas in spite of a site closing for 2 weeks and saying so on the front page of their site

Bros, sometimes it can take time for packages to get processed. It just depends. Some companies only process packages a couple times a week.

Umbrella is definitely one of my favorites. You just got to give them a chance. The important thing is that the product gets to you safely

Umbrella is a great source. Just be a little patient. They'll get you your stuff.

Man they aren’t Amazon. They get the products to you fast you should be happy to have such a quality source to go to.

Umbrella always does their best and has great customer service. You jist have to be realistic in understanding their limitations on hours of business and that they dont have a warehouse full of people shipping, answering emails and answering phone calls.

How long did it end up taking for you to get it? I am having the same situation now and am just wondering.

Hey, it ended up being 2 weeks. Say what you want but in this day and age it should not take 2 weeks to get something w/in the CONUS.
I continue to order through them but will not do it on a weekend or Friday. It's been averaging about 10 days. I still don't get why they won't answer the phone, respond to an e-mail and I cannot give them a CC or DC. Hang in there.

Yeah ordered last friday. got the tracking number but nothing on the usps end. says they are just waiting for the package after a week

Because it's called compliance and avoiding issues. Also for your protection our sources know how to conduct business.

A lot of times they'll only ship certain times of the month. So the thing is, you've got to be patient.
