So, I have been using UL for a while and know it's not on them if I order when I am running low on an item, but my current order took 5 days to even start to get processed. I know they are closed on weekends, but there has to be a better way to contact them give them a cc or whatever and have my order at least within at least 7 days, given the weekend. If my expectations are to high that's on me.

I also, e-mailed and called them, but there response by phone and e-mail are not good. Anyother game in town to order from?

Also, I may have missed it, but UL seems to be the only supported vendor on this site that carries MK-777.

As you say they aren't a 24-7-365 days a week business. We've seen people bitch about not getting replies at xmas in spite of a site closing for 2 weeks and saying so on the front page of their site

people are too spoiled with amazon and walmart delivering same day or next day. back in the day it took over a month to get any PED

Bros, sometimes it can take time for packages to get processed. It just depends. Some companies only process packages a couple times a week.

Umbrella is definitely one of my favorites. You just got to give them a chance. The important thing is that the product gets to you safely

Umbrella is a great source. Just be a little patient. They'll get you your stuff.
