Hey all! New to the forums, new to sarms as well. I've been reading up on Sarms for awhile, and purchased the Triple Stack (8 weeks). I know the correct dosing and timings for it, but I'm just looking for help fine tuning my work out and nutrition protocol.
I'm 6', 183 lbs, 11% bf
My goal, in the end, is 8% BF at 185.
Which would be the best way to approach this? Right now I'm cutting using the lean gains protocol. It's effective, but slow. Should I use the stack to cut quicker, then bulk afterwards? Or could I use them to recomp? Thanks!
Bonus question: Recomp: Calories; maintenance, deficit, slight surplus?
