Tren and test cycle advice

Hi

I'm 44 and been training for over 15 years and have done gear for over 10 years on and off and currently on trt test dose of 175mg which i've been on for over a year.

I've done tren before once and have done cycles of deca and test plenty of times in the past.

Anyways i've been training and dieting for over 9 months and have got myself down to 12% body fat and look lean.

Current weight is 74kg and just under 6 foot.

Now i want to finish the cut i've been on and try and put on as much clean lean muscle as i can without putting fat back on.

Was thinking of doing a 10 week run of tren and test and inject both compounds daily.

Test - 62.5mg per day = 437.5mg a week
Tren ace - 25mg per day = 175mg a week.

Would that be an ok cycle?
I don't want to run lots of tren but not sure what is a good ratio you need with test and tren but wanted to have more test.

What to try and get less tren side effects as possible while still make solid gains.

Train 6 days a week, each body part twice a week. I do cardio 4 days a week and i eat clean.

My blood work is great, no cholesterol or liver issues.

Any advice on how to run a good tren and test cycle would be appreciated.
 
No need to dose every day. Even on short esters every other day is adequate. Pinning every day gets old fast plus you will develop a lot of scar tissue

Seeing this type of cycle for many years, you'll find that 99% of guys get much better and mild results when it comes to side effects by using testosterone at a lower dose than the tren. Because you don't want to add the element of estrogen problems and more androgens.

Tren and test is definitely a hardcore stack. Keep the dosage as low as smart, especially on the tren.

I would do tren solo 300 mg a week with a little bit of Anavar. That was the best cycle that I've ever done.

I think that your plan is very sound. I would get some N2Guard. It will come in handy when you're running tren.
 
I'm kinda concerned that for all your experience you weigh barely 160lbs at 6'

What's the overall aim?

I used to be around 90kg and highest was 100kg

I had big shoulders and arms but had a gut.

I decided that instead of chasing size that I will try and get as lean as possible and try and get abs.

I was 92kg when i started my cut and now i'm at 79kg pretty lean with my abs showing and finally can take of my shirt without being embarrassed about having a gut.

When i have done cycles in the past i would blow up but i never did big ones or abused it and my dieting would yo yo so my weight would be up and down.

Now that i'm older i just want to he lean and have abs and be healthy.

But since i lost kilos on the cut, i want to put some more lean muscle mass back on once my cut is finished and be around 85kg at 12% body fat

steroids are serious business. its a big decision so if you are not sure then just wait
 
At the end of the day it's your decision. Most people go into steroids without even knowing what they're doing.

You can do Tren. Just keep it at 200 or 250 mg a week. That's a good dosage and you won't give yourself a lot of side effects.

Bros, nobody is forcing you to do tren or deca. Why don't you do something like EQ or primo and keep it simple?

I would stick to something like Anavar, EQ, and testosterone. You don't need anything more harsh than that.
