Training frequency on cycle

How have your results been at 350mgs of test? I'm about to run my first real cycle on 300mgs and am interested if you are seeing any changes.
Anything over physiological levels of test should provide more than adequate gains, provided diet and training are in order
 
300-350 is an excellent dose of test for making gains... remember that often times the higher you go, the more sides you are going to deal with and that clearly lessens the OVERALL gains.. you may gain more at the time but keeping it is what matters.. who gives a shit about quick satisfaction if you dont keep it ? if you get more sides, take longer to recover, etc... then clearly you wont keep near as much as you would by dosing responsibly...

Ive actually been doing 500mg a week in 2 doses. I know its more than whats recommended but I kinda forgot and went with the 2 250mg pins because I had read that so many do 500mgs that it just stuck with me. Ive gained 10lbs in the last month and a half since I started. Definetly see more fullness in the shoulders/chest and back. Legs also becoming more developed. Overall just look fuller. Have put on a little water weight but thats normal, still have good vascularity in the arms and shoulders/upper chest with a really good pump. Currently eating 3200ish calories a day and might bump it up a bit. Excited to finish and begin cutting weight to see what ive built. And then plan for a second cycle later in the year.

Also no noticeable sides I can think of, plan to go for bloodwork this week to see how my body is doing.
 
Hey everyone, so today marks week 12 of my first cycle, have a pin today and on thursday. No real sides aside from some very minor acne that only started around week 10 on my back and shoulders but again very minor. Otherwise ive felt good throughout. Quick question and wanted some opinions. So in 2 weeks im going to be making a trip back to the east coast where I live, ive been in California since November visiting family. I know that with the traveling and getting settled back in my routine is going to be a little off. After these last 2 pins I will still have some test left and wondering if its okay to continue for another week or two even if its at a lower dose just to make sure I still have it in my system during the time that I may not be able to hit the gym as hard or eat as much as I need. I actually probably only have enough for maybe another 2 weeks after this week. I have my pct ready to go aside from mk2866 which I will be ordering this week to go along with the nolva, clomid and aramosin. Im thinking because I havnt had any noticeable sides that it would be olay to go another week or two but wanted to see what others opinions are.

Ive made steady gains and have people telling me I look yoked all the time lol. Of course since we see ourselves everyday the changes arent usually as obvious compared to someone else who sees you far less often. Ive put on close to 20lbs over the last 3 months and even with the little bit of water/fat gain im much fuller and still have decent vascularity and actually more vascularity in areas I didnt have before. I cant wait to cut down and really reveal the changes ive made but just want to make sure I maintain and progress over the next few weeks and dont want my traveling and whatnot throwing a wrench into the plan. Anyway let me know what you think. Thanks!
 
if its your first cycle you SHOULD NOT go longer than 12 weeks...

I appreciate the response, also curious as to the reasoning? Of course when I look up info ive read all sorts of things and that some do anywhere from 12 and up to 16 weeks especially when its just a test cycle. What would the harm be or why would it be detrimental to my health etc...?

Its your very first cycle man... extending it and further suppressing yourself on a first run is very unwise but you do whatever you want... this is why i dont know why i bother some days... go ahead and run it however long you want... whatever it may be just do it however u want to do it

No reason to get defensive man I was simply asking a question, isnt that what these forums are for? All I asked was why it wasnt recommended, never said I was for sure going to run longer than 12 weeks and is why I asked for opinions. Im not one of "those people" that ask for help and then just do what I want anyway and would rather not be put into that category. Thanks anyway.
 
12 weeks is recommend for test my reasoning is let your receptors take a break. What happens is think of your receptors are a parking lot when your lot is full it’s like trying to park 2 cars in one spot

I don't see what you plan on gaining by going another couple weeks. I mean your myostatin would have peaked out a few weeks ago anyways, so it's not like you are going to get any more gains.
 
I wasnt neccessarily meaning more gains as far as growing in those two weeks, was more so to prevent any loss if during my move and short time after my diet and food intake goes out of whack along with missing several days in the gym. But ill finish week 12 as planned and save any leftover test for a next cycle. Will begin pct march 8th which is 2 weeks after the last pin. Again I appreciate all the responses, sometimes its tough to decide how to play things when theres so much info out there and so many opinions as to the correct route to take. But I want to be smart about it and will focus on returning back to normal levels and plan for my next cycle later in the year. Pinning has been relativaly easy, first few times were a little shakey but after 12 weeks its easy as pie.
 
So just finished up week 12 with my last pin this morning. Will begin pct in 2 weeks starting march 8th. Is it best to take everything at once in the morning or spread it out through the day? Ive read different opinions on timing. Pct will be as follows:

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Mk2866 20mg ed for the 4 weeks.
Followed by blood work to see where my levels are at.

it makes no difference what time of day you take your ancillaries.. i recommend mk2866 every morning but you can take nolva, clomid and aromasin anytime you want

Ok cool, ill just do it all each morning which is easiest to remember. Last question which I know this will vary person to person. What can I expect as far as sex drive goes? Will I be fully shut down at any point between now and the end of pct or even a few weeks after? Ive read some use cialis in the case that things dont return to normal right away to help balance out the libido. Its my lady friend whos mainly concerned but im sure it will suck if things dont work like they are suppost to. Of course ive been ready for this possibility so its not really a huge issue as I know its part of the gear game and I accept it if its slow going getting back to normal.

Theres no possible way to answer that... everyone is different in that regard

No way to know how you'll respond, but running the right fully covered pct will keep that risk to a minimum
 
Thats what I expected to hear. Ill just run the pct as planned, lift heavy and keep eating. Maybe ill pick up some cialis to have just in case I need to perform when im not able to lol
 
Pct starts today, ive felt good thus far so will see how I do. Gotta say the mk2866 tastes about as bad as the reviews ive read haha. No big deal tho, right to the back of the throat and down it goes. Im going to get some grapefruit juice as ive read thats beneficial when taking it.
